Saturday November 16th

We have secured the services of a professional photographer to capture shots of individual swimmers. The photographer will also create a team composite photo. The individual photos and team photos will be available for parents to purchase. The photography session will take place at the Ooltewah Swim Center between the hours of 2-4 on Saturday November 16th. It will be a drop in style, prepaid photography session. Please come ready in your swimsuit. You will not need your swim cap. Please complete this survey and the photographer will reach out to you directly to collect the deposit. The survey asks for “events.” The swimmer can choose to put your favorite stroke or event in this box. The photographer plans to incorporate some of this information into the individual composite photo of your swimmer. If a swimmer is on SETS and a school team, please indicate that on your google form. Once the photographer has received your completed Google form , she will send the code to make your Advance Payment ($35) and instructions to access the images via computer or cell phone. A web page will be created for your organization. Parents will use this page to provide their athlete's data and prepay. 2. Athletes first and last names, team names, and parent email addresses are provided to the photographer 48 hours before the session (parents will provide this information via the website). 3. Parents prepay for images 24 hours before the session. 4. Once parents have signed up and prepaid, photos are taken at the session on the scheduled day. 5. Photo proofs are uploaded and the link to view images is emailed to the parents with instructions. 6. Parents view images and apply their prepayment to their photo purchase on our online platform, photos and photo products are mailed directly to parents. *Parents will have the option to make their prepayment in cash on the day of the session. The photographer will not have change. **We do not accept checks.
