The Ooltewah Middle/High, East Hamilton Middle/High and Hunter Middle schools swim clubs will start their season October 1st. The season will go through the end of January.

Registration & Practice: All swimmers will need to join a year round swim team for practice. **Your swimmer must join a year round team before they register for the middle/high school club. Once they have joined a year round team then they can register with the school club. The school club registration dues will NOT include the fees for year round practice, that cost will be paid monthly to the year round club your swimmer joins. The monthly cost for the year round team will depend on your swimmers group assignment based on swimming ability. There are several year round clubs in the Chattanooga area.

There is a SETS middle/high school swim practice group located in Ooltewah. For information, email [email protected]. They have a middle/high school swim practice 2:30-4:30 for three days a week.

Swim Meets: The current scheduled meets are listed on your schools swimtopia website. Every swimmer parent/guardian is expected to help with volunteering. Please sign up for opportunities that we post. Each swimmer is required to wear their school swim cap during the meets. There is not a required team suit.

Spirit wear will be through Sport Spectrum. That link is https://www.teamunify.com/SubTabGeneric.jsp?team=... and the password is SWIMCLUB23. Sport Spectrum orders will close on October 8th.

Communication: Everyone joining will be sent an invite to join the slack app. The slack app will be where we do ALL of the team communication. Please accept the invite to join slack once you receive the invite, your swimmer should join as well. There will be no email communication through the swimtopia site. If you were a member last season you are still one of our Slack members

Practice will start for your swimmer once they join a year round club. All swimmers should join a club no later than October 1 st . In order to practice you must complete registration and payment with the year round team and the school club swimtopia website. Your swimmer will also need a copy of their physical form dated after 4/15/23 brought to the Ooltewah pool or scanned and emailed to us. Having the physical form is mandatory. Without it your swimmer will not be placed in a meet to swim.
