- Our team suit vendor will be at practice TOMORROW-Wednesday, OCTOBER 3rd from 2:30-5. If you can not make the swim suit fitting tomorrow....you can refer to the "links" tab on your teams website click on "Swim and Tri" Deadline to place suit order online is this FRIDAY October 5.
- NO practice week of fall break.
- Fit One practice and dry lands will start the Monday after fall break.
